Contract manufacturing services

Chassis build - including micro-controller-based handheld units, appliances, custom power supply systems and high voltage assemblies requiring rigorous assembly technique and procedure. Projects can be consigned or implemented on a turnkey basis. Our dedicated staff combines strong technical skills, precision hand skills and the right attitude to produce a superior work product.

Pcb assembly- our capabilities include the simplest pcb's assembled on fr4 or cem materials to complex mixed technology (smt/thru-hole), and ultra high-speed boards intended to be fabricated on rogers' or other high frequency board materials. Prototypes to small and mid-size production runs are our specialty with larger quantities scheduled to your requirements.

Cable and harness assembly- our staff prides itself on solving those challenging specialty cabling, wiring and harnessing tasks. We'll manufacture interconnection assemblies to your specifications or provide a complete interconnect solution for your product.

Design services- our capabilities range fromthe design of the simples single layer printed circuit boards to complex multi-layer, ultra high-speed designs. Documentation- we partner with the client to develop a comprehensive product/task specification to properly control workflow. Detailed manufacturing process documentation is implemented to control all assembly operations. Funtional testing and product qualification documents are implemented and rigorously maintained.
